Allow WHMCS to import emails with hr (horizontal rows) as HTML

Under Consideration

Currently, WHMCS just cuts off anything prior to the horizontal row and only display the content after it.

Some clients have a horizontal row above their signature, which means WHMCS only imports the signature.
