Presently the WHMCS login code seems to force the cookie domain to be blank, thus no sub-domains can access the session information. I was interested in allowing a single-sign-on implementation, however I can not seem to get the account information to verify the user.
All that is really needed is a php variable override in configuration.php to set the cookie domain used. It could easily be done by the next release.
