Allow edit of "From" line on support ticket emails / responses

Under Consideration

WHMCS built in ticketing sets the "From" field on email notifications to

a string such as "COMPANY" "DEPARTMENT". This is not useful when reviewing support

emails (ie: via mobile device or workstation) as the customer is not readily

identified.

Support ticket emails should respect the settings of their corresponding templates

For instance, include the client name as the "From" on the Support Ticket Created email by going to:

Setup > Email Templates >

Admin Messages > Support Ticket Created > modifying the "From" to

include "{$client_name}"
