Please add plain text option or an option to customize the Support Ticket Notifications Email Template, which is sent to administrators. For better reading on mobile devices, plain text support would be great.

Thanks for your suggestion.
The email templates sent by WHMCS are responsive as standard, so will look good across a range of screen-sizes and devices. I use Gmail and Outlook on my phone and the emails look great!

Is there a particular ticket message or email client in which the admin notification messages appear sub-optimal?

Hi John,
I would like to remove the grey background and the default footer. Usually we are replying to support tickets via iPhone Mail. We do not want to share our Admin Directory Links or any Admin related paths. The responsive design is great, though. I hope this makes sense.
