Add the Custom Client Field and the support tickets Custom Fields to the support ticket escalations rules system

Hi,
Please add the "Custom Client Field" and the support tickets "Custom Fields" to the support ticket escalations rules system.
Sometime we need to escalate a ticket by certain condition based on one of the custom fields added by us to the customer profile and / or to the support department ticket (via the dupport department custom fields).
