Ability to sort through and flag entries in a support ticket
It would be useful to sort through tickets entries just like you would in Outlook or any other mail program.
- First column to have the entries be the customer
- Second column is the reading pane (when clicking on specific entry)
- Options to reply to this entry specifically
- Ability to flag the entry (useful for to-do's or urgent requests)
- Icon to show if an entry has an attachment
We find this would be useful as many of our customer send multiple replies to get a pint across and often the list just gets too long to manage and our team often miss important request by the client. And our clients wonder if we are really paying attention to them.
