Ability to assign customer ticket by ID instead of name

Its impossible assign a ticket to a client that have not a name or company name in your profile. Many of my clients dont have your name in profile and this make assignment ticket impossible because the dropdown search only show clients name. I suggest show the client ID too in dropdown search box in ticket assign.

WHMCS require's a name for the registration process by default? It would be silly to remove that as you wouldn't be able to identify who the customer is or provide a personalised customer experience for them?
