WHMCS Admin Pop up branding, Allow edit title bar WHMCS to company installation name

Hello
There are a lot of files had-coded in WHMCS, OK, we know it should be like this and accept it.
But we think WHMCS could allow editing title bar name WHMCS on Admin area like they allow editing it in all WHMCS .tpl files like Header.ptl
login.tpl
footer.tpl
etc, etc
There is 2 cases founded on Admin area that is hard-coded and we should live with that forever, it is not fair. Please chance it WHMCS Developers.
case 1: on Admin client summary on clientTab-11
case 2: on quotes pop up Add Predefined Products
I will also post a post regarding this on community forum, let vote to make it possible in future.
