How can we improve WHMCS?

Simple straightforward idea:

Select Administrator Roles Can access the admin area while (Maintenance Mode) is enabled

Can be done from (Admin area -> System Settings -> General Settings -> General tab) see the attachment (General-Settings.png) red selection

Or from (Admin area -> System Settings -> Administrator Roles) see the attachment (Administrator-Roles.png) red selection

Or whatever you see fit.
