remove dates from invoice line items

I need to have all the dates removed from line items - it's far too confusing for clients and we bill monthly on the first of the month for the services in that month.
Ideally if we could have a month and year instead of dates that would be great.
So:
WordPress Hosting - domain.com - 1/1/2019 - 1-31-2019
would instead be
WordPress Hosting - domain.com - January 2019
This is far more efficient as some of our item descriptions wrap to another line because of the dates and the dates never seem to make much sense and cause confusion with our billing staff and clients.
