Prompt to send invoice now or later when invoicing selected items

It would be beneficial to our company if there was a popup with the option to send an invoice now, or to set a date to send it, or not at all.
When you go to Clients>Summary> select a product >click Invoice Selected Items
I don't always want to send an invoice, for that product, to the client. I may want to wait, or not send it at all due to them already paying, etc.
I would like a popup or prompt when doing things manually.
