When viewing the ticket list, by default when new tickets come in, there is no way to know a new ticket has arrived if you don't manually set the autorefresh every single time you log in for the first time. It would be nice either by Role, User, or general settings to have something other than "never" as the default amount. Perhaps when logged in, one could set the amount they prefer and WHMCS would make that the default for that user from now on or until they reset it.
