Please bring back movable widgets on the home screen also please return the income widget back to the admin area123

for example i have the modules garden updates widget installed, and yes i now its 3rd party but in order to see the project management widget clearly i have to minimise the other one first..
the ability to move the widgets around per admin as well is needed as we all have specific priorities and widgets we need to look at in preference to the default layout
