How can we improve WHMCS?

In marketconnect in reports it does not show details about what was purchased, it only shows the payments that were made and the amounts that were charged, but we cannot see more details about the services that were contracted and in the emails that arrive from confirmation it does not show the name of the site to which the service was applied
