Since we have so many clients and an enormous amount of tickets we need to colorize rows in the ticket list if the client have a certain product or config option. I think this could be accomplished by a hook or something if WHMCS had a built in feature for this.
Regarding the same color you might be correct. Or we just colorize the 3 columns as in my screen, flag, department and subject. the row could then have multiple colors.

Yes, the only feature that we need is the ability to use hooks to do things. What I can see this page is one of few that doesn't use anything in form of hooks.

Hi there, Thanks for your suggestion. At present client names are highlighted in different colours based upon Client Groups. It'll be great to see what interest there is for doing so based upon a client's services too.
I imagine there'd have to be some kind of check to prevent a product and cloient group both using the same colour. What do you think?
