When viewing a clients service in the admin area if you change the product/service using the drop down the system automatically submits that change. The system should prompt the admin asking them if they really wanted to make that change.
We've found that some times an admin can accidentally change a clients service to a different product not realizing they did.. Or they change the clients service to a different product and then have to look through the logs to figure out what product that service was originally on.
To take this one step further the dialog that is displayed should maybe also ask if you want the service recurring amount to be recalculated.
