It would be great if this ticket system gave some indication that the session was dead or I WAS NOT LOGGED IN.
I tend to leave the window open to remind me to test, then I write a nice long reply only to LOOSE IT ALL BECAUSE the ticket session has ended and the page give no indication that I will loose my entry if I click submit.
Any chance you can disable reply if the session is not active??
Or when the session is dead, change to a login page?
Or not loose the data in the expired session so it can repopulate in the active session on login.
I think this would be great for both the client side and admin side.

Thanks for this suggestion.
The system checks the session status whilst the ticket reply box is in focus. This will provide an update when another admin is replying to the same ticket, and will also display a message if the session has expired: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l7it59z11sosgwv/Screenshot%202021-12-16%20at%2018.00.13.png?dl=0
It is not desirable to perform the checks when the reply window is out of focus, because this could quickly cause load when multiple staff are online with multiple tabs open each.
The message contents is saved automatically to browser storage, so in the event of session loss, one can navigate back and it will be retained.
What enhancements would you like to see here, so we can scope this change appropriately?
