What I often miss from other helpdesks that I've used in the past is having the ticket subject displayed in the page title and implicitly in the tab's title.
This makes it much easier to find the relevant ticket when you have multiple tabs/tickets opened, instead of going through each tab, getting confused and wasting precious time during busy periods.
Please consider replacing "[Company Name] - Support Tickets" with "[Company Name] - [Ticket Subject]" in the page title of the ticket.
I believe this would imply only editing a line or maybe 2-3 extra lines of code, and would be a lot more useful than the current title.
