How can we improve WHMCS?

Hi,
Now we can use the sidebar Filter Tickets menu to search for ticket by email address, this search will show only the TO email address of such a ticket a ticket, but will disregard the CC Recipients.

Please add a way to search for ticket CC Recipients email addresses via the sidebar Filter Tickets menu.
Please note that CC Recipients can be client contact or any other email address added to the CC Recipients section in the ticket.
