WHMCS Ticket from address verification

I need a feature that verifies when the subject has a ticket number in it thats valid from the system, WHMCS verifies the from address header matches the SMTP From header and we can specify what the SMTP header is to match to. Or even use the SMTP From header instead of the From header in the body....example:

A Phishing spammer that previously hacked into a customers email sends an email to us looking like the customer trying to get us to click on the link. Currently WHMCS opens the ticket again and in WHMCS it appears as if the customer opened the ticket as it shows all the previous customer reply's:
