Time billing entry on Support Ticket
I would like to see the availability of all the features on the "time billing entries" page to work on the support request system.
For example, the ability to choose an item, and the ability to calculate the fee of the item from time spent and hourly rate.
Specifically, the ability to choose an item is important because the precurser to the description is what maps to my accounting system. Having it be exactly correct is important.
