TICKET FORWARD

Under Consideration

I can not believe that whmcs notr have the option to forward a ticket.....i need to forward a ticket with attach ( if the ticket has one )...and whmcs not allow....you have to download the attach in local pc and then create another email.....

whmcs staff replied me that tickets are not the same as emails.....well 99 % users use whmcs as main mail system......

Eric, unfortunately Google not grabbing the attachment from your emails in the inbox is something Google would need to address, as from how you've explained your setup - it has no correlation with WHMCS at all.

I am able to receive attachments inline using WHMCS and it's web based ticket system.

We can grab them too if they originate from the client as a new message with an attachment. Its just when they forward to support or reply to an email from WHMCS then add an attachment is when we get issues.

You think its the Google business mail MTA causing this issue?
