Ticket Attachment/Upload hook
We need to collect scans of documents from customers and would like to run that through separated secure encryption system, however I tried looking into the Ticket hooks and the only thing I see is the TicketOpen, TicketReply which only contain text data (emailpiping has attachments by the way).
As far as I see the files are stored in the attachments folder. But we would like to encrypt them upon receiving straight away without external hooks of any kind (ie odd cronjobs or monitoring folder itself).
Adding the attachment field containing mime type, name and the uploaded file would be great.
