Support tickets show 'all active tickets' by default

Under Consideration

When I open support tickets, I want to see all active tickets without having to apply a filter each time. WMHCS should have the smarts to remember your last applied filter, whatever it is, and apply that automatically until you change it.

LOVE THIS ..

So EASY to add to the header.tpl .. (I have it in mine but have to update it after every major version release)

Example:

1 Pending Orders | 3 Overdue Invoices | 1 Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply | 4 Active Tickets

Can you share the code to save is time reinventing the wheel?

see attached for placement in header.tpl of your admin template

go to setup->support->ticket statuses

add "customer reply" and "in progress" statuses to "Include in Awaiting Reply"

this way all active tickets and awaiting reply will be the same.

I went with editing sidebar.tpl or other kinds of hacks but this is the most easy way.
