Support Statistics

Hi,
It would be great to have some advanced statistics, for customer support.
For example, to include that information in my marketing. Example: "Just 2 hours to answer new customer support requests, when market average is 35hours".
For example:
- Average time answering new tickets. That is, the average time to make the first response to a ticket.
- Average time with all ticket answers.

There is no need to ask for specific report,
I think that the best option is to create a report generator that will enable us to create any report we want.
