I would like to see a configurable option that allows a Twitter account Direct Message (DM) to generate a ticket in WHMCS. Options may include but not be limited to other Social Media platforms.
There are gazillion ways you can do this already. Tickets allow emails right? So all you need to do is get the DM from Twitter and push them as email towards your WHMCS. Said that, this is a feature you should look on Twitter, not on WHMCS. You can them push anything from any social media to your tickets, not only twitter. The magick would be done on the Twitter/Social Media side that gets the data and converts it to an email. There is nothing to do on WHMCS side.
