Restrict admins to use specific TLD as their email address

Hello All,

I think this a big security flaw that the admins (staff) can change their email address and start to receive the tickets updates on their personal email address, these emails sometimes contain confidential client info.

Their should be an option to restrict them from changing their email address to any other than allowed TLDs or restrict completely.

I think I made a mistake here, it should be email domain and not TLD


I don't believe this would change any security issues you have, emails are emails regardless of where they can go, whether personal or business. They are both risky for hackers etc. Most emails whether business or not can be accessed anywhere in the world anyway.
