Promotions-Coupons code for Minimum Spend

Hi

Would like the possibility to create a Promotions/Coupons code that offers a discount based on a minimum amount spent.

For example the code: 30%BLACKFRIDAY Will provide a customer with 30% discount if their cart total is $150 and above.

This is to encourage purchasing of multiple products or increase the initial purchase value.
