Open Ticket from Live Chat (ChatStack)

Under Consideration

The ability to open a ticket from the chat transcript its a must have in order to escalate technical requests to level 2/3 technicians.

I know that ChatStack have an automatic transcript-to-ticket option for whmcs logged-in customers, but this option should be trigger by the chat operator when needed.
