Open new ticket: department change, should reload form

Under Consideration

We have custom fields for tickets depending on the support department. When the client selects one department to open a new ticket, they can change the department by selecting a different one on the dropdown menu.

It should reload the submission form updating the department ID to show the related custom fields.
