Notify Admin When Ticket is Rated

Under Consideration

Administrators (can be configured) should be notified when a client rate a support ticket response.

We should be able to configure the minimum stars needed before admin is notified.

For example if a client rate a support technician's response poorly with only 1 to 2 stars, I want to be notified immediately so that I can look into that ticket.

Any updates to this at all? It has been 3 years since I suggested this feature.
