More options to change multiple tickets at same time

Under Consideration

Today we have following options to change multiple tickets: merge,clos, delete and block sender and delete.

I would really like to see following options as well

  • Assign to (then options who to assign tickets to)
  • Assign me (tickets choosen is assign to me)
  • Change status (on multiple tickets)

Yes!!!

Maybe add Assign to departments also?

A lot of techs assign tickets to me, but after I've resolved the issue, I assign the ticket back to "None". That is better management for me because then I only have tickets assigned to me that I know I need to work on. I have to keep doing this individually for each ticket which is very time-consuming.
