Mass re-assign support tickets
We have run into this more than half a dozen times with WHMCS where we add new staff and need to re-assign support tickets form one person to another. Right now, the only way to do this is edit each ticket, then re-assign it with the dropdown.
What would be a great feature add for WHMCS is to be able to mass select tickets, then have a dropdown on the left where tickets could be re-assigned to another person.
This would save us hours of work monthly.
