Mass re-assign support tickets

We have run into this more than half a dozen times with WHMCS where we add new staff and need to re-assign support tickets form one person to another. Right now, the only way to do this is edit each ticket, then re-assign it with the dropdown.

What would be a great feature add for WHMCS is to be able to mass select tickets, then have a dropdown on the left where tickets could be re-assigned to another person.

This would save us hours of work monthly.

I voted. We need this too. A lot of techs assign tickets to me, but after I've resolved the issue I assign the ticket back to nobody. That is better managment for me because then I only have tickets assigned to me that I know I need to work on. I have to keep doing this indidvudally for each ticket which is very time-consuming.

I voted as well as this feature is really important for companies which have a lot of tickets during the day.
