Make "related service" a required field per department
The "Related Service" field that the customer may select one of their products/services from when opening a support ticket is under-utilized. We would like to see the appropriate "related service" highlighted more prominently than the default light blue color.
Ideally we could use Related Service as a merge field in email notifications and on the admin area display as well.
In addition, if we could toggle that as a required field in various departments that would be extremely helpful.
