Make Knowledgebase Tags useful and searchable for users
I have absolutely no idea what the tag system is doing in WHMCS right now, but whatever it is it's not useful.
I would really like the ability for tags assigned to an article to be searchable within the WHMCS client area. For example if I add a tag called MySQL to an article, when customer enters MySQL in the search field on the Knowledgebase page, said article will show up in the search results.
It sounds like this should really be the default behaviour of the feature, but surprisingly it is not.
