Log and use CC and additional TO recipients when importing tickets using POP3

An email sent out to s service department mailbox often includes additional TO and CC addresses. These may have a vested interest in seeing the support incident progress. Request:
- Add a parameter to the General Settings/Support tab, that controls whether to add CC and TO addresses, other than the originator, to the ticket CC field.
- Based on the value of the parameter, place the additional TO and CC email recipients into the ticket CC field.
