Internal Tickets

Under Consideration

Hello,

I was surprised that there isn't a method to create

tickets for internal use. Let's say an incident happened, I would like

to create a ticket internally, assign it to staff to handle it.

Other

scenario would be: when a client orders a custom server with

management, we would like to create an internal ticket for the client

with information about what to do.
