Insert Product Link in Support Ticket

Under Consideration

When creating or replying to a support ticket, right beside where it currently saying Insert KB link and Insert Predefined Reply, there should be an "Insert Product Link" option.

I'm constantly going go each individual product to retrieve their links to paste into responses. This would be a big time saver.

Yep just came across this need, would be great, should be simply dont just under the more options with INSERT PRODUCT LINK and a popup comes up to select one or multiple products... ..... dont think it will happen thou, this is now 4 years old LOL.
