"Assigned To" is FLAG in WHMCS Support
Example , I want to Search for all the Tickets which Are Flagged to Nick (a Support Staff)
I think that having the option to sort and filter by staff member and to automatically flag ticket to staff member who created it - will help you manage a large team.
I think that the assigned supporter should be a separate field so you can filter is, use it in reports and so on. today it's part of the department field and not a standalone field and it is a problem....
