Ignore "Ticket Reply Email Limit" per Support Department
It would be great if you can make it possible to ignore "Ticket Reply Email Limit" per Support Department.
Add an Option on Support Departments to ignore this Limit only for this Department
We tracking some internal process over the WHMCS Ticket System. Sometimes there are more E-Mails than the reply limit. It would be great if it possible to ignore the reply limit for an Department.
