add an option to the Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply list an option to sort the tickets by Private Note

Hi,

Please add an option to the Ticket(s) Awaiting Reply list an option to sort the tickets by Private Note date and time.

Now we can sort the list by the Last Reply date and time - but since we communicate with our customers via phone and not only tickets - we document the phone call in the relevant ticket (as well as any other information relevant to the ticket) - So we need a way to sort the tickets by the last time we dealt with it.
