Granular tuning of suspend and override auto-suspend permissions / security
Over the years various account department people who have come and gone have variously changed these settings on our clients and products:
- Don't Send Overdue Emails
- Do not suspend until
- Override Auto-Suspend
This is now a huge burden because how on earth can we audit the system to find it out? My suggestion is fine tune the permission so that these settings can be disabled for certain users. WHMCS makes it to easy to land in an admin mess if your company grows.
