Disabling auto-sending of pre-defined replies
In 5.2.3, it seems pre-defined replies automatically send once you click on them. While this may be handy for some issues, it's not ideal.
In most cases, we use pre-defined replies for the 'standard' error and wrap custom text around it to give the customer a better response.
Right now, when we click the pre-defined reply, it auto sends to the customer which looks too automated.
