Disabling auto-sending of pre-defined replies

Under Consideration

In 5.2.3, it seems pre-defined replies automatically send once you click on them. While this may be handy for some issues, it's not ideal.

In most cases, we use pre-defined replies for the 'standard' error and wrap custom text around it to give the customer a better response.

Right now, when we click the pre-defined reply, it auto sends to the customer which looks too automated.

Strange...

We are using pre-defined replies as well - and it is sent to the client only after pushing the add response button....

Yeah, I'm not sure what was going on but this is no longer happening, so we can close out this request.
