Disable recurring billing for domains payment

With Inline Checkout, all domains payment are getting settled with "Credit Card Recurring Billing".
If there is any issue with recurring/CC, the domain will not be renewed if we do not receive the payment. This option is quite risky.
We need an option to disable "Recurring Billing" for the .Domains payment.
