Deleted support tickets go to trash so they can be recovered
The last couple of days my ticket system has been receiving a load of spam...sigh. I did a bulk delete and accidentally deleted a ticket that had a long thread.
So they can be recovered if needed, it would be good if deleted tickets went to trash for a definable period (e.g. 7 days, 30 days, etc) before they are deleted permanently via a cron job.
