Charge client to change contact information of domain

Greetings
This happened yesterday. Apparently my registrar charges clients to change the contact information of the domain holder for certain .extensions like .be.
A client of mine wanted to change his address on his profile because he moved but instead changed the contact information of the domain. He did this 3x in 2 minutes and because I use the automatic registrar API this was done 3 times and I was charged for these 3 changes by my registrar.
There is no text or warning inside the client area or a possibility to charge a client for this change inside WHMCS.
Is there a possibility this could get added so we can charge someone for this change?
