Changes to Client Area screen GUI

My customers complain about the Client-area screen. The giant "TICKETS" means little or nothing to them. That menu item should be labeled SUPPORT. In the ticket screen, it says "Open Ticket". Again, that has little or no meaning to the general public. #1 it should read "NEW Support Ticket" and that item should be at the TOP of the list, not hidden at the bottom.

It is common practice to place CONTACT functions to the RIGHT of a menu,

which means the SUPPORT should logically be moved to the far right end

of the Client menu.

These screens were obviously written BY programmers FOR programmers, with little regard for non-technical people... you know, actual CUSTOMERS?

Thanks for your suggestions. Whilst we will certainly consider making these optimisations if there is demand for other users, in the meantime they can all be implemented immediately on a custom basis on your installation:

The Tickets text can be changed via a language overrides file: https://developers.whmcs.com/languages/overrides/

The menu positioning can be adjusted by way of action hooks. To add a navbar item to the right-hand side, define it in the secondary navigation bar: https://developers.whmcs.com/themes/navigation/
