Change ticket times to 12hr format instead of 24 hour (military)?

Right now, ticket replies and updates show the time in 24 hour format, which is tough for those of us to quickly glance and know the time it was replied to. It would be nice to have a setting to change the entire system to 12hr format to prevent this.

Would be OK if this setting is an option. 24h format is not only for military :-)

This is an excellent idea, and I hope it gets implemented. It is very easy to add a column in the database for each administrator, then each time you display the time using PHP, query said database column to see how they like it displayed.

I'm kind of surpised this isn't already a feature as most software such as WP, and similar scripts offer this. You'd think you would find it under the General Settings >> Localization tab or as Josh mentioned maybe specific to each Administrator.
