Under Consideration

I will need to have a call back addon

- when we click on, we go to form that have

=> First name last name

=> Phone number

=> when would you like that we call you back

=> Send

Notification

And in admin listing of awaiting callback, then statut pending/done

Is this module already existing ?

Moreover, is there a way actually to do a custome formular for quote for unregistered user (maybee with the option to put login + password that can so create a user acccount if user is unregistered ? i need that client can ask quote for service in other formular than support ticket.

When an operator talk with a customer and the customer asked

to be called back in several days we need an option to add a reminder to the

ticket (due date and time) to callback the customer.

The reminder option is not good enough... in our team there

are several operators, if one of them will set up a reminder to handle a ticket

and it will not be mentioned inside the ticket - other operator will try to

handle the same ticket even before the due date.

We need an option to add a reminder to the ticket to

callback the customer, this date should be known to everyone that see the

ticket and only at the due date and time to be available again to handle.
