Anchor tags for each ticket response
It would be quite helpful if each response to a ticket had its own anchor tag so that it could be directly linked to.
This would be especially helpful for notes in particularly long tickets. For example, a ticket note might read "The customer has verified their login details in response 4 *link to response 4*"
This would also be very good for companies with many people working the same tickets. An employee could easily link a specific ticket reply to another employee.
